Monday 28th of May: "Show-cooking"
A chef will prepare two typical Italian dishes inspired by local specialities over the course of the afternoon coffee-break. He will focus our attention on food preparation and stages of cooking.

Tuesday 29th of May: Wine-tasting “aperitivo”
A restaurant nearby the workshop venue will offer three samples of Abruzzo wines accompanied by local ham and cheese . A sommelier will select wines and will lead the tasting experience.

Wednesday 30th of May: Social Dinner at “Rocca Calascio”
The workshop social dinner will be hosted by "Rifugio della Rocca”. This restaurant is very close to the world-famous Rocca Calascio, a fortress at an elevation of 1,460 metres. The beauty of Rocca Calascio served as location for several scenes in the films “Ladyhawke”, "The Name of the Rose" and "The American”. A dedicated bus service will drive us to the restaurant before sunset.

Thursday 31st of May: “Domenico Pacini e la scoperta dei raggi cosmici” Public outreach event (in Italian).
On Thursday afternoon we will present public talks focused on the historical figure of Domenico Pacini and on the era where experimental fundamental physics was performed with cosmic rays. To allow most of the local population to attend it the talks will be in Italian.
