Fee for all adult participants is of 350 euros Students will pay a fee of 200 euros Payment must be made in euros by bank transfer (see FEE section) Fee payment will be possible on site only by cash NO CREDIT CARDS are allowed The following items are included in the participant fee: Attendance at all sessions, programme, coffee breaks during workshop days, Welcome cocktail on 18 September, Welcome Party on 19 September, Finger food lunch on 20 Semptember A guided escursion to Pompei archaeological site and Social Dinner in Pompei town on 20 September, Dinner buffet and Piano Concert on 21 September and Farewell lunch on 22 September (according to final program) Accompanying persons will be required to pay separately the external events in which they wish to participate. A number of fine Hotels all within a walking distance from the WS Venue are listed on the workshop webpage. Please book the Hotels directly before May 15th 2017. Rooms and discounted rates will be guaranteed only until that date. Companions will pay each event at the workshop site, by cash. Transfer from/to airport are for free.
