ACCOMMODATION
A number of rooms (single, double, double for single occupancy) have been optioned at the following hotels until February 29th, 2016.
You are kindly asked to make your reservation by that date.
Please, make your booking by e-mail, phone or fax (not via web portals) and refer to the “IPAB2016 Workshop”.
A credit card is requested to guarantee the reservation. For any help, please contact: ipab2016@lnl.infn.it.
Cancellation policy: according to the cancellation policy of each hotel. Upon booking, please verify the cancellation policy with the hotel.
A bus service from the hotels in Padova to LNL and back will be organized daily for Conference participants.
Pick-up points and timetable will be posted as soon as available.
Hotel prices include breakfast but do not include city tax (2 or 3 €/day/person).
