Special accommodation rates have been negotiated with some hotels close to LNF, where a suitable number of rooms is reserved for the meeting.
The reservation will expire on November 30th and after this date rooms are subject to hotel availability.
The following rates are per room, per night and inclusive of breakfast, VAT and taxes.

Participants should arrange their own accommodation by sending an email directly to the selected hotel, pointing out their participation to the workshop.
The hotels provide free transportation for arrivals and departures at the Frascati Railway Station and the Tor Vergata Railway Station. The reservation of this service may be asked.
VISA and MasterCard are accepted.
Other accommodations are possible in the hotels in Frascati at their regular rates for the season.
