Hotel reservations

Some rooms have been reserved in hotels close to the Institute that will host the meeting.
We have contacted the  Coop-Hotel agency that several times made a good job for us.
They have reserved 40 accommodations (but more can be found if needed), in the period of November Saturday 22nd - Thursday 27th  (to accommodate, if you want, a week end in Roma) in comfortable hotels close to the meeting place.

The deadline for the reservation is November 13th at 12:00.

Here below you can find the list of the hotels, the type of available rooms, the price.  All the prices are for room and include the breakfast.

How to make the reservation

In order to book for your accommodation you have to contact the        Coop-Hotel  agency  (the person that I contacted is Daniela):

indicating that you request an accommodation reserved for the    "ANTARES-PAW Meeting" and giving:
