      Review of Lorenzo’s 4D Plots
Lorenzo has not yet had the opportunity to revise the 4D plots he circulated by email a few weeks ago. An exchange with Anselm and Connor (his student) highlighted significant discrepancies between Lorenzo’s results and those obtained by Connor. In particular, in some regions the mean value of z appears to be very different from expectations, suggesting a possible issue related to statistics or to the data-taking campaign.
Lorenzo confirmed that he used all the available files.

Sara had previously offered to support Lorenzo with the analysis, and Nicolò is now also available to contribute. Sara has already been contacted via Telegram but has not yet replied. The plan is for the three of them to schedule a Zoom meeting, during which Lorenzo will provide instructions and the tasks can be divided among the team.

      Action Plan

Step 0: Run the same code on an older campaign to rule out software-related issues.

Step 1: Contact Connor directly via email—rather than waiting for Anselm’s typically longer response times—to compare the plots and perform some targeted debugging.

      Pseudodata Production
Marco has contacted Anselm regarding the pseudodata currently being produced by Connor, following the handover from Gregory. It would be beneficial for the Italian group to learn how these pseudodata are generated, allowing the team to become independent of Anselm’s students for this task.

      Presentation of Impact Plots
The dot-style representation of the impact plots, currently included in the pre-TDR as Fig. 4.19, does not seem to be universally appreciated. However, no alternative visualization has been proposed yet. For the sake of completing the milestone, it is advisable to include at least this plot in the Report.

      Deadlines
The team should verify the upcoming deadlines for the preparation and submission of the final plots.
