Participants are invited to take care of their own reservations. Please mention INFN-LNF to benefit from the special INFN rates, including the shuttle service (see table below).
HOTEL SHUTTLE SERVICE:
Please note that the hotel shuttle service is guaranteed ONLY IF REQUESTED IN ADVANCE, at the time of booking, and according with the rules outlined in the table below. The agreement with the hotels provides one daily round-trip ride at conference opening and closing times.
PUBLIC BUS SERVICE:
Frascati Urban Transportation Service (Frascati-Tor Vergata Line). The bus stops in front of INFN-LNF Main Gate (ENEA side). Tickets can be bought on board (cash) or at the official retailers.
