Yes, it is. If you are an external user, you can select the option "External user with an INFN Indico account" and create one on your first access.
If I am an INFN participant, what should I do for payment and invoicing?
Please follow this step-by-step instructions: essentially you need to select as method of payment as bank transfer and insert the fiscal data of your INFN unit ("sezione"), and then, don't proceed with the payment on your own. The congress agency managing the registration fee will directly issue an invoice to your INFN unit ("sezione").
