Submission deadline
Deadlines
Authors are invited to submit abstracts addressing the scientific topics of the DIS2026 conference. A submission category (or Track) can be selected during abstract submission. The Abstract Submission Deadline has been set to 15 January 2026 at 23:59 (CET). Post-deadline abstracts will not be accepted. The submission of multiple abstracts from the same author is discouraged (except in the case of centralized submissions by experimental collaborations). The decision on abstract acceptance will be sent by 15 February 2026.
How To Propose a Contribution
All abstracts accepted for the conference will be presented in oral sessions as regular contributed talks or - briefer communications - "flash" talks. All presentations must be in English. Any author presenting a talk or a flash talk at DIS2026 must be registered as a participant at the moment of the conference. Authors presenting at the conference implicitly accept that their talks are published on the Indico website.
Guidelines to Specific Tracks
The DIS2026 Workshop will cover a broad range of topics. The scientific programme is structured around six main thematic areas (WG). Together, these tracks represent the core themes of the workshop and outline the scope of discussions and presentations that will shape DIS2026.
Specific detail subjects which can be submitted for each track:
- WG1 Structure Functions and Parton Densities
- WG2 Small-x, Diffraction and Vector Mesons
- WG3 Electroweak Physics and Beyond the Standard Model
- WG4 QCD with Heavy Flavors and Hadronic Final States
- WG5 Spin and 3D Structure
- WG6 Current Upgrades and Future Experiments
