In case you need to go by yourself from Rome Fiumicino airport to Ischia,
please follow the following instructions:
1) Take the train from Fiumicino Airport to Roma Termini, it leaves each 30 minutes and needs 30, 40 minutes to reach Roma Termini train station.
The train usually stops at the platform 26/28. They are quite far from all other platform where all other trains stop. You can reach the main platform in about 5/10 minutes walking.
From Termini train station take a train to Napoli Centrale, you can program your travel using the following link
There are very fast and expensive trains (reaching Naples in about 1h 10min) and less expensive (IC) reaching Naples in 1h 45min. We strongly suggest to use one of these two avoiding much cheaper solution but at the price of delays that can reach up to 1 hour.
When you arrive at the Napoli Train station you can go to the port (Molo Beverello) by Taxi (at the price of 10/20 euros) or by tram/bus. The bus/tram stop is on the opposite side of the station going out from the train station main entrance, you have to cross the whole square, and you will find bus/tram stops next to the Garibaldi statue.
At the port you can take one of the ferry to "Ischia Porto", the time table is at the following link
