A registration fee of 850 EUR (including taxes) will be required to attend the event.
In case of attendance also to the EuroNNAc4 Network Meeting the registration fee will be 950 EUR (including taxes).
Only accepted participants will be required to pay the fee.
The fee will cover: all meals and social events (welcome cocktail, lunches, dinners, cheese and wine during poster session, coffee breaks and conference kit), shuttle buses and ferry tickets for the transfer to and from La Biodola Bay.

STORNO INFN (INFN participants only)
The registration fee for those who are travelling with "missione INFN" will be paid through an internal transfer among INFN sites (Storno tra strutture). Other forms of payment will not be accepted. Please note that it is not possible to use budget lines with CUP. Once the pre-registration is accepted, when indicating your payment method, you will be asked to provide budget line (no CUP), capitolo and CSN (if applicable).
Further information can be obtained from the local INFN administrative offices.
NOTE: the accommodation expenses are not included in the registration fee. Participants must pay the accommodation costs directly to the hotel where they will be staying.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration quote will be refunded after deduction of a 50,00€ administrative fee, if cancellation is notified to eaac.secretariat@lists.lnf.infn.it within 31st August 2025.
For "STORNI INFN", the cancellation deadline is 30th June 2025, due to administrative procedures.
Cancellations after these dates will be non-refundable.
N.B.: For all payment methods, registrations may be transferred to substitute delegates without incurring a fine.
