Participants are invited to take care of their own reservations, which should be done by quoting the workshop: INFN-MU2E in order to have the reserved conference rates.
Since June is almost high season in Frascati, we invite participants to book at their earliest convenience.
ATTENTION: DO NOT USE the online reservation form on the hotel booking web sites or other online booking platforms, otherwise the INFN rates will not be applied and the free shuttle service will not be provided.
HOTEL SHUTTLE BUS:
Please note that the hotel shuttle bus will be provided ONLY IF REQUESTED IN ADVANCE BY EACH GUEST, at the time of reservation (see other details in the table).
Important for those requesting the shuttle: The agreement with the hotels provides one daily round-trip ride at conference opening and closing times.
