Participants are requested to fill both the on-line form below and the hotel registration form. To complete the hotel reservation is necessary to send the Hotel Registration Form to the Hotel Porto Conte (Mail: info@hotelportoconte.it, Phone: +39-079942035, Fax: +39-079942045). Staying at Hotel Porto Conte is mandatory for all the participants. Hotel rates for the school are intended for full board accommodation (room, breakfast and 2 meals) and are reported in the registration form. Due to the limited number of available single rooms in the hotel, the accommodation in a single room will be considered as much as possible in the order in which they are received. You can indicate your preferred room-mate in the Special Requirement section, in case you select the double accommodation.
The registration fee is 150,00 euro (VAT included) i and it will include:
- Lunches, coffee breaks and the social dinner
We do require that the fee is paid (wire transfer only) before the Workshop starting.
The registration fee of INFN participants will be paid through an internal transfer among INFN sites. (Storno INFN - INFN participants only)
All other participants (who don't have funds held by INFN Units) must pay the registration FEE by wire transfer to the following bank account:

Please send an email to pablo.cirrone@lns.infn.it with the transfer details, including the name and the institution of the participant, once the payment has been completed. Please arrange the wire transfer such that we receive the complete fee amount, net of all bank and currency-exchange fees. Please notice that we cannot offer any refund for last-minute cancellations.
