The Conference will be held in the Aula Salvini, Bldg. n. 36.
Participants will be able to access from the main gate at Via Enrico Fermi, 54 (see map)
for people arriving by train the secondary gate at Via Enrico Fermi 60 (near Tor Verata Station) will be open at the following times:
February 10th:
1.30 pm - 2.45 pm
5.00 pm - 7.00 pm
February 11th:
8.15 am - 9.45 am
5.00 pm - 7.00 pm
February 12th:
8.15 am - 9.45 am
12.15 pm - 2.30 pm
Outside the following times participants should use the main gate at Via Enrico Fermi 54.
Participants who own a valid badge from their INFN structure will be able to use this badge to access the turnstile.
The guards at the entrance will check the list of registered participants. The Secretariat desk will be in room T66 (Bldg. 36, near Salvini room)
Lunch will take place at the LNF Canteen, at 13:30 (For information on the prices of LNF canteen see here)
