* Accommodation
2025 is a special year for Rome, due to the Holy Jubilee. While there is no overlap with major Jubilee events, we still recommend booking your accommodation well in advance.

* Travel Information
Rome is served by two airports: Fiumicino (FCO), the main international hub, and Ciampino (CIA), which handles budget airlines and domestic flights.
- For participants arriving from Fiumicino airport: the venue is very close to the Roma Ostiense train station (10 minutes walk). From the airport you will find two choices, depending on whether you want to reach the city center (Roma Termini), or other parts of the city (like the venue). For the former, there is the Leonardo Express train (€ 14, and travel time of 30 minutes), for the latter, there is the Regional Train (€ 8) which connects to Roma Ostiense train station in just 30 minutes. If you still need to go to Roma Termini due to your chosen accommodation, the venue is easily reachable through subway (Metro B, Laurentina direction, drop off at Piramide).
- For participants arriving from Ciampino airport: take bus line 720 until Laurentina, then the subway Metro B (direction Rebibbia/Jonio) and get off at Piramide. Alternate route: take bus line 520 until Cinecittà/tuscolana, then take subway Metro A direction Battistini, get off at Termini, exit the station and take the 170 bus line which will take you directly at the venue. (Estimated time: 1 hour and a half)
By train: see if your train stops at Roma Ostiense and you’re done. If your train stops at Roma Tiburtina, take the subway: Metro B, Laurentina direction, and get off at Piramide. The same applies if your train stops at Roma Termini (where you also have the alternative of taking the 170 bus).
