The duration of FLASY 2025 talks is:
- 25 min + 5 min for invited plenary talks
- 17 min + 3 min for parallel talks
You may use the menu on the left to access the detailed timetable.
In all workshop rooms there will be a computer where the talks will be uploaded to. You will not be able to use your own laptop to give your talk. Please ensure your file has been converted to PDF.
The final version of your talk file should be uploaded directly to the INFN Indico as a material of your contribution (access using the email you provided during registration). If you have problems uploading your talk to Indico, you can send us your file via the conference email, flasy2025@gmail.com.
In all cases, we ask that you please make sure your file is uploaded:
- The day before your talk, for talks in the morning
- The morning coffee break of the day of your talk, for talks in the afternoon
