From Quartieri Spagnoli you can take the funicular from Augusteo to Funicolare Centrale (link). Alternatively, the metro line 1 from stazione Toledo to stazione Vanvitelli.
The restaurant is an 800m walk from both stazione Vanvitelli and Funicolare Centrale.
