An eduroam Wi-Fi network will be available at the meeting venue for the entire week, please make sure to be configured to connect to it.
Additionally, a dedicated network could be provided for the duration of the workshop for those who have troubles with setting up the eduroam connection.

Reaching the venue from the city
If you decide to book a room in the city center, you can easily reach the venue by walking.
You can reach the venue by:
Bus: you can catch the buses stopping at "Porta Lame" and "Don Minzoni - Mambo" stops. Tickets can be made on board with credit cards or purchased before hand via Roger App.

Reaching Bologna from the airport
Bologna is served by the Gugliemo Marconi Aiport. You can reach the main train station of Bologna (Bologna Centrale) from the airport by means of the Marconi Express train, linking the airport to the city center. The ticket for a one way trip costs 12.80 euros.
Alternatively you can take one of taxis waiting outside the airport. We suggest using the taxis if you plan to share the ride (the cost is already competitive with the Marconi Express service when the you share the trip with just another person).

Bologna Centrale is one of the main high speed trains hub in Italy, with plenty of daily trips from the major italian cities. Check the Trenitalia or Italo websites for more informations on the available trains.
