The fee for participation in the School is € 400.
The fee payment method depends on these three cases:
- participation on INFN funds
- participation on other Italian Institution funds
- participation on Non-Italian Institution funds
PARTICIPATION ON INFN FUNDS
If you are a participant on INFN funds, the payment should be done directly from your Section/Laboratory after the issue of the invoice from the agency Intermeeting Sud srl
In order to proceed with the invoice issuance, please, send an email to info@intermeetingsud.com adding the administrative contact of your Section/Laboratory with the subject participation fee to XXXV Monopoli School specifying in the body

- name of the participant
- other requirements, if any
PARTICIPATION ON OTHER ITALIAN INSTITUTION FUNDS
If you are a participant on Italian Institution funds, please send an email to info@intermeetingsud.com adding the administrative contact of your Institution with the subject participation fee to to XXXV Monopoli School specifying in the body
- your Institution Name
- address of the Institution
- name of the participant
- other requirements, if any
The agency Intermeeting Sud will apply for the payment directly to your Institution.
PARTICIPATION ON NON-ITALIAN INSTITUTION FUNDS
If you are a participant on Non-Italian Institution funds, please proceed with the payment trough Bank Transfer or Pay-pal
A fiscal receipt will be issued for every fee paid. Fiscal receipts will be addressed to the registered participant and will be available at the registration desk.
In case you need an invoice addressed exclusively to your Institute, you are kindly asked to send an email toinfo@intermeetinsud.com, specifying the exact name and address of your institute as well as tax information (VAT ID number).
