The social dinner will take place at Il Caffè della Corte, a lovely bistro just a step away from Piazza Santo Stefano, in the heart of Bologna.
The dinner will have a cost of €35 and will include:
- Selection of cold cuts (Parma ham DOP aged 20 months, mortadella La Rossa, salami) and cheeses accompanied by homemade bread and tigelle
- "Lasagna alla bolognese"
- Wine (Pignoletto Superiore DOCG Bio by Cantina Montevecchio Isolani)
- Water
- Coffee
For those who have expressed a preference in favor of a vegetarian option, the menu will include:
- Selection of cheeses and vegetarian finger foods
- "Pansotti cacio e pepe" with cherry tomatoes and thyme
- Wine (Pignoletto Superiore DOCG Bio by Cantina Montevecchio Isolani)
- Water
- Coffee
