Description
After 10 years from the stop, in 2010 the upgraded VEPP-2000 e+e- collider in Novosibirsk starts regular data taking.
Luminosity up to 10**31 has been reached so far, limited by positron source.
In this seminar the upgrade of the accelerating complex and detectors, CMD-3 and SND are described. The physical program, motivations and
goals of the experiment are discussed. First 1-2 GeV c.m. energy scan has been performed and first preliminary results
are demonstrated. The current status and perspectives of the calculation of muon anomalous magnetic moment are introduced.
