Abstract: Belle II collects data from e+e- collisions at an energy close to the mass of the Upsilon(4S) resonance. Large samples of B mesons, charm hadrons and tau leptons are produced to study quark and lepton flavour observables. In addition, studies related to the anomalous magnetic momentum of the muon (g-2) are possible with these data. Run 1 concluded in summer 2022 having recorded a sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 424 fb-1. In this talk I present results derived from this sample. These results relate to muon g-2, properties of the tau lepton, tests of lepton-flavour universality and the electroweak penguin decay B->Knunu. The talk will conclude with the plans for Run 2 and beyond.
