How to apply

Please, proceed with the following simple steps:

1. Fill out the Application Form for ESC23 and submit it.
2. Ask your professor or supervisor to write a letter of reference, written on official letterhead, confirming the academic and research information provided with the application form. Send a digital copy of the signed letter to rossana.chiaratti@pd.infn.it.

Applications are for the entire programme. Applications cannot be submitted for part of the program.

Selection of participants

The number of participants is limited to 25. 

Selection of participants will be made by the Selection Committee. Early Bird applicants will be notified of the outcome of their applications by August 31, 2023 and the remaining ones by September 8, 2023.
