We study the stability of the glueball spectrum
of large-N QCD with Nf flavours as a function of the ratio Nf/N
by means of a novel localization technique of the loop equation
for special Wilson loops called twistor loops. We find that at the critical value Nf/N=5/2 a phase transition to a Coulomb-like phase occurs.
