Description
We examine an intrinsic geometric notion to the 2-flavor and 3-flavor QCD thermodynamics. The free energy near the critical temperature introduces the thermodynamic geometric nature of the quark susceptibilities. \Specifically, from the perspective of the microscopic theory, we find that the components of the thermodynamic metric correspond to the quark number susceptibility tensor. We describe the physics of fluctuations near the crossover/ transition temperature. Based on hot QCD quasi-particle theory, our analysis is self-consistent with the Hard Thermal Loop and finite temperature resummed Hard Thermal and Dense Loops.
