Participants should take care of their own accommodation. We have blocked a few rooms in the hotels listed in the following table, which apply special rates to INFN personnel. For the application of these rates quote "LHCb workshop" in your reservation (to be done by email, do not use the booking platforms). Rates are per night, per room and inclusive of breakfast, VAT and taxes. Our pre-booking is valid until March 13th. We recommend to do your reservation at your earliest convenience.
A shuttle bus will be provided by the organisers to connect the hotels and the Frascati Laboratory.
