Dates
The Collaboration Meeting sessions will start in the morning of Sunday, May 29th and finish in the evening of Wednesday, June 1st, 2011. The daily work schedule will be concentrated in the morning and in the evening allowing a few hours around lunch time to relax, sunbathe, or swim.
Participants are expected to arrive on Saturday, May 28th and depart on Thursday, June 2nd. See the Arrival and Departure Information sections on the Registration for more details.
Social events
A welcome cocktail will be offered in the late afternoon of Saturday, May 28th.
A social dinner will take place on Tuesday, May 31st evening.
The Meeting Organization (SuperB-MeetOrg@lists.infn.it) will be happy to provide information to participants and companions wishing to visit the island.
