Submission deadline
The school will host a poster session and the deadline for submission of abstracts for poster contributions is June 11, 2023. Notification of the acceptance of a poster contribution will be sent by e-mail.
Besides posters related to the EIC physics program, we encourage posters related to other experiments, theoretical subjects or describing the applicant's current research activity (at MS, PhD or post-doc level).
Selected abstracts will be presented and discussed in a dedicated poster session during the school. Participants wishing to present posters with results from the experimental collaborations should check the procedure for submitting an abstract with their collaborations.
