This workshop will span two and a half days and provide a focused review of the state of new physics searches in lepton flavor:
- Lepton flavor violation in tau, mu, and heavy hadron decays.
- Tests of lepton flavor universality and recent flavor anomalies.
- The muon g-2 anomaly.
This will take place through experimental reviews of recent results from, e.g., Belle II, LHCb, ATLAS, CMS, MEG, Mu2E, Muon g-2; as well as new theory developments and how they interface with experiments.

Experts will review the state of the art with recent results in mind, in order to determine future strategies.

Dedicated sessions will allow young researchers to present their work to a broader audience in short talks.
