Date and Place
The "Thirteenth I.N.F.N. International School on Efficient Scientific Computing - Architecture, tools and methodologies for developing efficient large scale scientific computing applications" will be held at the University Residential Centre of Bertinoro (Ce.U.B.) located in Bertinoro (Forlì-Cesena, Italy), about 85 km from Bologna, from Monday 3 October to Saturday 8 October 2022.
Students should arrive by Sunday 2 October in the evening for the registration that starts at 5:30 pm and closes at 8:30 pm.
Participation
The program of the school is mostly targeted to PhD students, post-docs and young researchers who are actively involved with the development of scientific applications and systems. Although several topics are introduced without assuming previous specific knowledge, practical experience with basic concepts of C++ language is needed to fully assimilate the material presented in the School.
The number of participants will be limited to 25.

The selection of the participants will be made on the basis of the information provided. Participants will be informed of the outcome of their application at the latest by 9 September 2022.
Participants are expected to attend the School for its full duration.

Registration fee
The registration fee is € 850,00.
This amount covers:

Tuition and handouts
- Accommodation in single room in the former Episcopal Seminary from Oct 2nd to Oct. 8th morning.
- Two daily coffee breaks;
- Breakfast and lunches in the self-service canteen (same building of the former Episcopal Seminary);
- Dinners in restaurants in Bertinoro, included the dinner on Sunday evening;
- Social dinner.
The fee does not cover travel expenses. The registration desk will be open on Sunday October 2nd, 2022 from 5.30 to 8.30, at Ce.U.B.
Language
The working language of the School will be English. There will be no simultaneous translation. Participants are expected to have a sufficient understanding of English.
How to get to Ce.U.B.
Please find here all the information to arrive to the Residential Centre of Bertinoro. The school will organize bus transportation from Imola and Forlì railway station.
