CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
To register an INFN Indico Account is required. If you do not have one, please create your personal account by following the link "External Users" available in the prompt window that appears when you start the registration process.
Participants are expected to attend the conference for its full duration and they should carefully fill in the following Registration Form not later than Monday, August 29th 2022. The workshop secretariat will take care of the Hotel reservation. Please note that after this deadline we cannot guarantee an accommodation.
The registration fees are different depending on the workshop you are planning to participate in.
To encourage Students and young scientists to participate in the workshop, "Francesco-Ruggiero grants" will be available so that, for some of them, the registration fee will be reduced. Students/young scientists who wish to apply for the "grants" are kindly invited to mention this request in the registration form and to send an e-mail to the organizers with a short curriculum vitae. Successful applicants are expected to share the hotel room, so the indication of a preferred roommate would be very useful to the organization.

NOTE:
- the bank transfer commission is at the sender's expense;
- since the bank transfer may take several days, a copy of the bank transfer receipt should be sent to the workshop organizers: ecloudgwdvac22@lists.lnf.infn.it.
BILLING INFORMATION:
participants must specify in the registration form the BILLING DETAILS required to prepare the fee invoice; they are invited to check with their administration if the invoice must be put in the institute's name or it may be put in the participant's name.
If the fee must be invoiced to the institute it is necessary to provide us with the following information:
- Exact name and address of the Institute
- VAT/P.IVA
If the fee must be invoiced to the individual it is necessary to provide:
- Name, address and Fiscal Code of the participant.
in addition, for Italian Public Entities only:
- IPA Code/CUU (Codice Unico Ufficio)
- SPLIT PAYMENT: If the paying Institute applies the SPLIT PAYMENT, please contact the organisers to know the exact amount to pay (net amount). In this case the payment will be available only by bank transfer.
STORNO INFN (INFN participants only)
The registration fee of INFN participants will be paid through an internal transfer among INFN sites. Other forms of payment will not be accepted. Further information can be obtained from the local INFN administrative offices.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
All refunds requests must be in writing by mail to the Conference Organisers as soon as possible. The Conference committee reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of part or all of the fee in the case of late cancellation. However, each case of cancellation would be considered individually.
The registration desk, at the Hermitage hotel, will open on Sunday September 25th, at 6:00 pm.
