This eighth meeting of the Working Group `Radio Monte CarLow' is scheduled as a satellite meeting of the tau2010 conference in Manchester to make up for the meeting in April in Frascati which had to be cancelled due to the travel disruptions caused by the Islandic volcano. The aim of the meeting is to present and discuss recent developments in the field of radiative corrections and Monte Carlo generators for low energy cross sections and luminosity determination which have happened since the publication of the Working Group Report, and to discuss future projects and activities of the WG.

Support
Financial support of the meeting from IPPP Durham is gratefully acknowledged. IPPP

Hotel Accommodation
A limited number of rooms has been reserved in the Adelphi Hotel.
The Adelphi is very close to the train station `Lime Street' (which is the only train station for long distance trains in Liverpool), and a short (~12 minutes) walk (up Brownlow Hill Street) to the Department of Mathematical Sciences.
We have negotiated a special rate of 49 GBP (per person per night) for a single room including full English breakfast, or 70 GBP per night for a double room (two people, including breakfast).

Venue
The talks will be in the seminar room of the Division of Theoretical Physics (room 117 in the Theoretical Physics wing of the Mathematical Sciences building), see here for a detailed description.

Schedule
We plan to start the meeting on Saturday morning, 9:30, have talks and discussions through the day with one lunch-break and two coffee breaks, and have an informal conference-dinner on Saturday evening. The meeting will finish on Sunday at lunch time.
As most people are expected to arrive on Friday early evening we will arrange to meet then and go out for dinner together.
Further details will be announced closer to the meeting.

Travel
Liverpool John Lennon Airport has many EasyJet and RyanAir flights serving European destinations and is well connected by bus or taxi with the inner city.
From Manchester International Airport trains to Liverpool City centre operate on an hourly basis, and more trains with one change in Manchester (Oxford Road or Piccadilly). Trains between Manchester and Liverpool take about one hour.
There are also fast trains to London, but prices can be very high if not pre-booked.
