We have a special price for the accommodation at Hotel Le Massif (*****). The cost is 150 euro per night per person in Single room with half board (breakfast and lunch). You can benefit of this price for the nights from June 20th (before that day the Hotel is closed) up to June 28th.
If you prefer to share the room with a colleague or a companion the total cost (per room) is 240 euro per night. Please specify the name of your roommate when booking.
The conference fee is 200 euro. It includes: coffee breaks, social dinner (Thursday night), social excursion (Wednesday afternoon), meeting room and infrastructures.
The fee for your companion is 120 euro, and it includes Social Dinner and Excursion, and can be paid cash upon your arrival.
Payment: It will be addressed directly to the Hotel, for both accommodation and conference fee. The major credit cards are accepted. Also Bank transfer is possible.
Credit Card: 50% of the Hotel accommodation will be debited upon registration, the rest on your check in. Conference FEE: debited when check in at the hotel.
Bank transfer: the entire amount (Hotel and Conference fee) should be transferred upon registration.
Cancellation policy: 50% of the Hotel accommodation will be debited, if before March 31st. If the cancellation will be after March 31st 100% of the amount will be debited.
The conference fee will not be charged in case of cancellation before June 20th.
To complete the registration (deadline March 20th) you have to fill the form in the website AND fill the pdf form file included in the page "Complete your registration". This must be sent to Le Massif (email: mice.lemassif@ihchotels.it)
