ACCOMMODATION
Participants are requested to fill both the on-line form and the hotel registration form. To complete the hotel reservation is necessary to send the
Hotel Registration Form
to the Hotel Porto Conte (Mail: info@hotelportoconte.it, Phone: +39-079942035, Fax: +39-079942045). Staying at Hotel Porto Conte is mandatory for all the participants. Hotel rates for the school are intended for full board accommodation (room, breakfast and 2 meals) and are reported in the registration form.
Standard accommodation is a single room. You can indicate your interest to share a double room, in that case you can specify your room-mate.

PARTICIPATION FEE - EARLY REGISTRATION AND FEE PAYMENT (before 10 April 2020): 250 € - COMPLETE REGISTRATION AND FEE PAYMENT (after 10 April 2020): 350 €. The participation includes the material course, welcome address, coffee breaks and social event and dinner. Fee payment can be done within the April 30th by wire transfer using the payment details reported below.

Please send an email to softwareschool.infnlns@gmail.com with the transfer details, including the name and the institution of the participant, once the payment has been completed.
Please arrange the wire transfer such that we receive 250,00 euros (early registration) 350,00 euros (late registration), net of all bank and currency-exchange fees. Please notice that we cannot offer any refund for last-minute cancellations.

Cancellation policy
Deadline to fee refund request: May 1st, 2020
No refund will be given for later cancellations.

All other forms of request will not be taken into account.
