Participants will be accommodated at the Therasia Resort, where we have blocked a suitable number of rooms at special rates for the workshop (before or after the workshop days, the hotel standard rates for the season will be applied). This reservation is valid until 14 March 2020. After this date the rooms availability is not guaranteed.
The following rates are per person, per night and inclusive of full-board, VAT and taxes.

Reduction for 3rd/4th bed:
- children under 5 years = free
- children within 5 and 10 years = 50%
- over 11 years = 30%
The rates include:
- full-board (from the dinner of May 17th to the lunch of May 23rd)
- shuttle bus for arrivals and departures
- shuttle bus for the connection with the port and Vulcano center (every hour)
- private access to the sea
- indoor seawater swimming pool
- kneipp walking and hydromassage
- outdoor swimming pool
- internet wi-fi in the public areas and in the rooms

It is also possible to do the reservation by phone or e-mail, quoting the workshop reservation code: INFNVULTH (see the hotel contacts below). You will be asked to confirm the reservation with a credit card number.
Attention: DO NOT USE the online reservation form on the web page of the Therasia Resort or other hotel booking web sites, since in this case the normal rates for the season would be applied (instead of the reduced workshop rates).
