Description
In this lesson we will introduce the ideas of Machine Learning. First we will introduce a set of general concepts, then we will try to describe and understand the basic ideas of classification and regression, and describe the principal techniques and ideas behind each technique.
In the afternoon we will then use these ideas in practice analysing a couple of different datasets for both classification and regression problems.
