Description
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is influencing our daily life in many different domains. An overview of AI approaches used for Medical applications will be provided, with a special focus on intelligence systems for the dentification of biomarkers of pathology in diagnostic images, on the prediction of patients’ response to oncological treatments and on the automated text interpretation to improve doctor-patient interactions. The application of AI in the development of a new imaging technique, based on 19F Magnetic Resonance will be also presented.
