Hotel Accommodation
Participants will be accommodated at the Hotel Biodola in the bay of Biodola. Please, use the registration menu on the left also for your reservation at Hotel Biodola.
Fully inclusive accommodation fees per person are the following:
The above fees are intended as full board accommodation in a double or single room, including lunch and social dinner of Monday, June 4th. Participants willing to have lunch on Tuesday, June 5th, after the end of the meeting, can pay 30,00€ extra at their check-out.
Changes and cancellations
Registered participants will be able to modify their registration through the web site before the closing date of Saturday, May 5th. For cancellations or changes after the registration deadline, please contact the Meeting Organization as soon as possible to avoid Hotel charges.
A penalty of 60,00€ will apply for early departures of in-house guests.

Participants booking their own accommodation can have meals at Hotel Biodola at 30,00€/each. They can pay for them directly at the Hotel desk.
The accommodation fee will be paid directly to the Hotel.
