The aim is to promote discussion on the experimental strategy to transition from a proof-of-concept for PTOLEMY to a scalable design that is capable of directly detecting the Cosmic Neutrino Background (CNB).
Physicists and engineers will focus on key aspects to be addressed and will report on the state of the art of the most relevant technologies needed to realize the PTOLEMY experiment. A broad audience of people who may be interested in the project and willing to contribute is also envisaged and welcome.
The meeting will hopefully lead to a collaboration committed to the success of the experiment; organization of the work and share of responsibilities will then be discussed also in view of the forthcoming PTOLEMY prototype run at LNGS.
