The Alice Muon Meeting 2017 will take place at Grotta Giusti, situated in Monsummano Terme,Tuscany, Italy.
The participation fee for the meeting depends on the type of accommodation chosen, as specified below.

The participants fee for the period 14-19 May (5 nights) 2017 includes: accommodation full board (breakfasts, lunches and dinners ), Gala dinner (On Thursday 18), Coffee break, hospitality desk available in the hall throughout the event, Wi-Fi in the shared areas and in the rooms, along with access to the business point.
COMPANION FEE
The companion fee is 75,00 euro per day. It includes: accommodation full board ( accompanying persons sharing the room with a participant, breakfast, lunch and dinner ), Wi-Fi in the shared areas and in the rooms, along with access to the business point.
The Gala dinner On Thursday 18 is not included in the companion fee. The cost is 40,00 euro.
The payment (companion fee and/ or Gala Dinner) must be done on site.
PAYMENT
After filling out the registration form, participants must pay half of the fee (370 Euro) , with Credit Card or Bank Transfer. The other half of fee will be paid directly to the hotel during the meeting.
