ORAL PRESENTATIONS
During the conference there will be a system manager collecting all presentations to be projected through the conference laptop (Windows machine). The presentations should be in "pdf" or "powerpoint" files. We do not have a Mac machine, thus people with a Mac presentation should bring their laptops with their adapters or alternatively convert their presentation in "pdf" or in "powerpoint" compatible format.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Posters will be exposed from Monday morning until Friday afternoon. Posters will be located close to the
main hall and will be tagged with names.
Poster size and layout: the dimensions of the poster should not exceed 70 cm wide x 100 cm high (portrait format).
There will be an official poster session on Monday 18 starting at 17.15 including a 2 minutes oral
presentation for each contribution. We would appreciate if you could copy the .ppt (or .pdf) file
of your oral poster presentation on the conference pc before lunch.
The projector resolution is generally set up to 1024x768 but an higher resolution is also possible. The projector screen format is 4:3.
