ISTITUTO NAZIONALE DI ALTA MATEMATICA “FRANCESCO SEVERI”The workshop is aimed at presenting recent results on the interplay between gauge theories and strings with particular emphasys on strong coupling and non-perturbative effects and on the holographic AdS/CFT correspondence and its generalisations. The workshop is an activity that fits within the INdAM-CMTP-INFN Intensive Period "Mathematics and Physics at the Crossroad".
