Participation is by invitation only. Participation can be requested by writing to to Giulia Ricciardi (chairperson) or to any other member of the organizing committee. The registration fee for the Sixth Workshop on Theory, Phenomenology and Experiments in Flavour Physics is € 240,00 - (EUR) and covers coffee breaks, social dinner, social programme and proceedings on Nuclear and Particle Physics Proceedings. Fee for the accompanying person to social activities: €100. The fee can be paid via bank transfer or directly at destination (CASH ONLY). Bank transfer is HIGHLY PREFERRED. Please observe that accepted participant to MITP program will be paid lodging expenses from June 10 from MITP, but they have to pay the fee on their own. INFN participants: please register, but before completing the payment, please get acquainted with the INFN-specific instructions and provide us (with a mail to giancarlo.greca@na.infn.it) in advance all the information that the INFN requires for the invoice.
