In the area of the Itria Valley (Apulia-Italy) which belongs to the UNESCO World heritage, the workshop venue Martina Franca is a town art, famous for the characteristic baroque style of its civil and religious architecture. Since 1975, the town hosted the Festival della Valle d'Itria, one of the most important European classical music events, held every year in the second half of July.
