Meeting transportation

You can reach the MEG2015 Collaboration Meeting venue in the following ways:

• By plane to Roma Leonardo da Vinci airport (FCO), and then using the shuttle bus provided;
• By plane to Pisa Galileo Galilei airport (PSA) and then by train to Piombino Marittima;
• By train to Piombino Marittima (about 1h30' from Pisa and 3h30' from Roma Termini), ferry-boat to Portoferraio (about 1h). A  shuttle will be available upon request to connect participants from the Portoferraio harbour to Hotel Hermitage.
• By car to Piombino, ferry-boat to Portoferraio, a short drive to La Biodola (10km).  

A free shuttle bus has been arranged that will connect the Conference site from/to Roma Leonardo da Vinci Airport (FCO).

Saturday, May 30^th: destination Hotel Hermitage

• from Roma FCO airport "Leonardo da Vinci" at 14:00
  The meeting point for participants is in the Terminal 1 at Delice Maison Backery & Coffee.

There will be somebody of the Organizing Committee waiting for you at the meeting point about one hour before the meeting bus departure.

Tuesday, June 2^nd: origin Hotel Hermitage

• to Roma FCO airport "Leonardo da Vinci" at 6:30 (expected arrival at 12:30)
