Description
The Fermi Large Area Telescope (LAT) is sensitive to gamma rays from 20 MeV to more than 300 GeV and has now been operating successfully for more than five years. One of the core scientific missions for the Fermi-LAT is to search for signatures from the pair annihilation or decay of Dark Matter (DM). The Fermi-LAT collaboration is currently pursuing a number of complementary strategies to search for DM using both diffuse and point-like gamma-ray signals. I will review some recent results of Fermi-LAT DM searches as well as future prospects.
