The rise of highest Neutrino Astronomy?

A century ago Cosmic  Ray CR was born and 82 years ago up to now the Neutrino physics, astrophysics and mixing was rooted and based. At highest energy edges for different reasons they, CR (UHECR) and neutrino (UHE), should soon offer  new exciting astronomy. CR are charged,  bent and smeared but at highest  energy they might be undeflected making astronomy. Neutrino are neutral and always undeflected but they are polluted at low (GeV-TeV) energies: indeed the same abundant smeared CRs are hitting on Earth edges making a parasite atmospheric neutrino noise that is hiding all potencial sources.However at highest energy the extraterrestrial signals may  overcome (because their harder spectra) the soft atmospheric neutrino noise : the neutrino sudden   flavor change at tens TeV-PeV energy discovered by ICECUBE last years probed it.  The   exact nature of UHECR and UHE neutrino astronomy is still unknown  and controversial. Their maps are still puzzling. Each neutrino flavor express different story and may open a different sky view. UHECR suffer of cut-off and their maps might trace only nearby local Universe well within a percent  of cosmic size. UHECR neutron and photons are more confined within local Group. UHE neutrino might test most far and secret Universe edges, but also galactic sources. The fast, caotic growth of article  on these subjects test  actuality on these frountiers. New results by AUGER, TA, ICECUBE  will be discussed within updated bounds, expectations and possible map correlations.
