Venue and Travel
The meeting will take place at the Frascati National Laboratories (LNF) of the National Institute of Nuclear Physics (INFN).
LNF are about 2 km from the centre of Frascati, which is located on a pleasent hill, 20 km south-east of Rome and about 40 km east of Fiumicino International Airport. The smaller airport of Ciampino is at about 15 km. Frascati is particularly renowned for its beautiful villas and quality wines. It is part of the "Castelli Romani", small towns in the souht-east of Rome, well known for their gastronomical, naturalistic and historical interest.
Sessions will be held in the "Bruno Touschek" Auditorium, located in the High Energy Building (Bldg. n. 36).
A wireless ethernet connectivity is available (standard IEEE 802.11b). Username and password are required, see Internet Access for information about how to connect.
Lunches and coffee breaks
Coffee breaks will be held in the Auditorium hall. Lunches will take place at the LNF Canteen at 13:30
Meeting shuttle bus (LNF-Hotels).
A bus service ("Terrenzio") will be provided during the meeting days to link the LNF to the hotels and to the centre of Frascati, in due time for the beginning and the end of the daily program. See the Frascati map and the bus timetable below.
In addition, some hotel has got its own shuttle bus service, available on request.
Travel
Participants travelling by plane may reach the Frascati Laboratories by train or by taxi, from the airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino. Detailed information on public transportation can be found here.
