Information on how to get to the National Laboratories and to Frascati downtown.
TRAVELLING BY PLANE:
* From Fiumicino Airport to Roma-Termini central railway station: take the "Leonardo Express" train. Trains nearly every 30 minutes (each hour at :08 and :38); journey takes about 35 minutes. Tickets are available at the Airport station and cost 14,00 Euros.

From Fiumicino Airport to other railway stations (Trastevere, Ostiense, Tuscolana, Tiburtina): train line FM1 (Sabina-Fiumicino). Trains every 15 minutes. Tickets cost 8,00 Euros.
Taxi fare (white licensed cabs strongly advised) from Fiumicino Airport to Frascati downtown amounts approximately to 60,00/80,00 Euros.
* From Ciampino Airport to Frascati either National Labs and downtown take a cab (average time 20 minutes, fare approx. 45,00 Euros). Or a bus (see below for timetable) to the Ciampino Railway Station (journey 5 minutes) and then take a train to LNF/Tor Vergata or Frascati downtown (see sections below). Ciampino Airport --> Ciampino Railway Station (info on: Bus Schiaffini).
TRAVELLING BY TRAIN:
There is a railway station close to LNF.
* Trains from Termini (and Ciampino, too) to Tor Vergata station: LNF is nearby, 100 m uphill on E. Fermi street. Tickets are available at Termini Station and cost 1,50 Euros.
* Frascati downtown can be conveniently reached from Termini central railway station by train. Trains nearly every hour; journey takes about 40 minutes. Tickets are available at the Station and cost 2,10 Euros.
Note: remember to validate your ticket before you get on the train.

TRAVELLING BY CAR:
Take the ring highway "Grande Raccordo Anulare", Exit 21-22 Tuscolana - Anagnina (see map). Take the national road Tuscolana (direction Frascati) following it up to Frascati downtown (approx. Km 10).
