Corso Nazionale di Formazione (per ricercatori e tecnologi) INFN.
Il corso e' finalizzato a fornire competenze, tecniche e metodologia per un corretto approccio verso il progetto – in particolare focalizzando l'attenzione su progetti di ricerca, verso le teorie organizzative e gli strumenti pratici per l'attuazione.
Il corso è composto di due parti, la prima che inizia dai principi fondamentali che governano la gestione di progetti e consente di conoscere gli strumenti e metodologia del project management durante le differenti fasi di un progetto: Initiation, Planning, Execution & Control, Closing. Questa parte è un aggiornamento del corso interstruttura svoltosi a Perugia nel 2013. La seconda parte si focalizza sui concetti di quality management e Project Risk Management. Lingua ufficiale del corso: Inglese.
Il corso si articolerà in lezioni, seminari ed esercitazioni pratiche  in cui verranno fornite le basi per una gestione sistemica di un progetto complesso, unico e di durata determinata, mediante un processo continuo di pianificazione e controllo di risorse differenziate e con vincoli interdipendenti di costi, tempi e qualità.



Elements of Project Management and operational planning for the management of research projects: focus on Quality and Project Risks

Aim of the project is to give competences, techniques and methods for a correct approach to the “project”, focusing on the research projects, on the organizational theories and on the actuation tools.
The course is composed by two sections; the first part begins with the fundamental principles and teaches the tools and methods of the project management in the different phases of a project: Initiation, Planning, Execution & Control, Closing. The second part is focused on the concepts of quality management and project risk management. Official language: English
The course is composed by lessons, seminars and tutorials giving the basic elements for the management of a complex project.
